PRIDE Queer Film Festival (PQFF) is covered by the provisions of the Privacy Act 1998.

PQFF collects personal information from ticket purchasers, including name, address and other contact details.

Personal information provided by ticket purchasers is only used to conduct the principal activities of the Festival as set out in this statement and is treated as confidential.

Information requested for payment of tickets is provided only to the relevant financial institutions. In respect of commercial or marketing activities, individual ticket purchase information is only provided to third parties with the consent of the purchaser.
