Exciting new films for 2025 Festival
The 9th PERTH Queer Film Festival will open on 5th March 2025 at The Backlot Perth for an exciting new year of queer cinema in Perth.
Artistic Director, Mark Reid says “The evolution of queer cinema thrills and excites me, and this year I was blown away by the incredible films that were submitted for consideration to be part of PQFF. With over 250 films submitted and 54 chosen, I think that you will really enjoy the vast variety of films that are on offer. Film makers continue to demand our attention with their unique visions of what it is to be queer in 2025. The ever-changing landscape of narratives that come forward is inspiring and entertaining.” See you in the cinema.
